Megan Butler DMD
Biography
Dr. Butler grew up in Alabama, and attended dental school in Boston. She and her husband live in the nearby Druid Hills neighborhood of Atlanta.
"As a child, I remember always asking my parents for various Arts and Crafts kits for my birthday: clay sculptures, jewelry making, water color sets etc. As I grew older, that desire to create has stayed with me, so dentistry was an obvious fit for me. I graduated from Tufts University Dental School, and I have been working with patients ever since to achieve their dental health goals and create a beautiful, healthy smile. As your dentist, it is especially important to me to give you a calming, relaxed experience in your appointment. My personal measure of success is to connect with each and every one of my patients in a way that makes them less wary of that dental chair. I also enjoy learning about the new technology that is continuously being created in the dental field to provide new and improved procedures.

Personal Hobbies & Interests
When I am not in the dental office, my husband, Charles, and I enjoy cooking new dishes together, traveling, and cheering on the Falcons and Atlanta United with friends. In my spare time, I am lucky enough to volunteer as a board member of the Georgia’s Distinguished Young Women program. On rainy weekends, you can find me curled up, either reading a book or writing my own stories."
