Patient Care Plan
Includes one year of exams, cleanings, and x-rays, plus 20% off everything else!
Beautiful smiles begin with a focus on comfort, function, and aesthetics, but often it's the cost of treatment that is a limiting factor. To help reduce that barrier for our patients without dental insurance, we offer our Patient Care Plan. The annual plan includes: 2 cleanings, 2 exams, 2 fluoride treatments (for children), unlimited x-rays, and 20% OFF practically everything else! There are no waiting periods, no deductibles, and no maximums. If you do not have insurance, this plan will save you money!
Please note that the plan is valid only at Inman Park Dentistry, and is not good outside of this office. Unlimited X-rays are included, but 3D "Cone Beam" x-rays are not (they do qualify for the 20% discount). Tooth whitening is not included. But EVERYTHING else is discounted 20% from our normal fees, even our electric toothbrushes, fillings, crowns, root-canals, implants, etc.
Plan Guidelines:
- This is an in-office savings plan with a one-year term, and is honored only at Inman Park Dentistry.
- It is a dental savings plan and not an insurance plan.
- This plan cannot be used in conjunction with another dental plan or insurance.
- This plan does not provide you a discount at any specialist we may refer you to.
- Enrollment fee is non-refundable and may not be cancelled.
- Treatment fees are due at the time of service and are separate from the Plan fees (except for included services).
- Children and Adults are the same rate.
- Our pediatric services are generally limited to cleanings and exams for those under 12 years of age.
